"I like to recount the recurring story of our neighborhood get-togethers.  It normally seems that within about five minutes after arriving at the party, the conversation usually devolves into a complaint session about battles between homeowners and their builders.  I don’t participate and usually stand there with a smug grin on my face.  This usually elicits a question like this, “And why are you standing there so smug, who is your builder?”  I reply, “Bob Moravek at RJM Development.”
